Double Layer Collagen Smoothie

Bahan-bahan:
Layer 1: smoothie pisang
Arahan:
- 1 banana, frozen
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 packet 4Life TF Collagen
- 2 tablespoons instant oats
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 packet 4Life TF Collagen
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions:
- Make banana smoothie and avocado smoothie separately in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the banana smoothie in a glass.
- Layer the avocado smoothie on top of the banana smoothie.
- Top with avocado and enjoy!

Bahan-bahan:
Layer 1: smoothie pisang
- 1 pisang, dibekukan
- 150 ml susu
- 2 sudu besar yogurt Yunani
- 1 paket 4Life TF Collagen
- 2 sudu besar oat segera
- 1 avokado, dipotong dadu
- 150 ml susu
- 2 sudu besar yogurt Yunani
- 1 paket 4Life TF Collagen
- 1 sudu teh benih chia
Arahan:
- Sediakan smoothie pisang dan avocado secara berasingan dalam pengisar. Kisarkan sehingga sebati dan halus.
- Tuangkan smoothie pisang dalam gelas.
- Tuangkan smoothie avokado di atas smoothie pisang.
- Hiaskan dengan avocado.
- Nikmatilah smoothie 2 lapisan anda !
